The CAMRA Beer Club is operated on behalf of the Campaign for Real Ale Limited by the Beer Club of Britain.
Beers supplied by The Beer Club of Britain, Unit 39 Roman Way Industrial Estate, Longridge Road, Ribbleton, Preston, PR2 5BD. Beer Club related correspondence should be sent to this address.
To ring us, call 0845 408 0401. Opening hours are weekdays 8am to 8pm, weekends 9am to 6pm. Calls relating to the CAMRA Beer Club cannot be handled by the CAMRA office and as such will be referred back to the channels as indicated.
The CAMRA Beer Club has a two tier price structure, with a £5 discount per quarterly case for CAMRA members. To be eligible for the lower case price you must have a valid CAMRA membership. The CAMRA Beer Club reserves the right to increase you case price to the non CAMRA Member rate without prior notification should your CAMRA membership lapse.
A single membership to the Campaign for Real ale costs just £20 a year - which means you can enjoy your Beer Club membership at the lower rate at no extra cost along with a whole host of other benefits associated with CAMRA membership. Non-Delivery & Cancellation
If you don't like any beer, for whatever reason ... or if any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery we'll replace it - simple as that.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Occasionally we may have to substitute beers for an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.

If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the beer.
