Founded in 2000, the Meantime Brewery is Britain's leading brewer of quality handcrafted bottled beers and produces both traditional beer styles and new, innovate modern beers.  Founder and Head Brewer, Alistair Hook, is the current holder of the acclaimed "Brewer of the Year" award voted for by the British Guild of Beer Writers and it is his vision and leadership that has seen Meantime carve out an enviable reputation as Britain's most groundbreaking and innovative brewery.

In 2004 it became the first British brewery to win any medals at the World Beer Cup and has won medals every year since then, and in both 2007 and 2008 Meantime had no fewer than four beers in the 'World's 50 Best Beers' produced by the International Beer Challenge.
