About the Brewery...

Purity Brewing Company officially opened on Midsummer's day - June 24th 2006 and premium beer has been rolling out from the bespoke brewery situated in carefully restored farm buildings at Upper Spernall Farm ever since.  Purity's beers are handcrafted and brewed using only premium ingredients and by dedicating their efforts to the highest of standards, their beers are distinctive, characterful and above all satisfying.  They have made appearances at many regional beer festivals, winning a silver Award at the 'Grate' Warwickshire Beer Festival 2006 and an award for the fasting selling beer at the Harbury Beer Festival in the summer 2006.

About the Beer...

Farmers Harvest was the brainchild of Ken Sutherland, the NFU's director of finance and internal services, and is now on sale through the club's website, which means members can raise a glass to 100 years of the country's leading farming organisation.  The beer went from an idea to reality in less than 18 months and the name Farmers Harvest seemed a natural choice, Mr Sutherland said.  The beer is unique because it will be the first alcoholic beverage to carry the Red Tractor assurance mark, which signifies that the ale has been brewed in the UK using malt and hops produced to high standards on farm and checked by independant inspections.
