About the Brewery....

Hop Back brewery began in 1987 on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire and celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. It started in a tiny brewhouse added on to the Wyndham Arms in Salisbury but now lies on the outskirts of Salisbury and had a 20-barrel production line. They boast a fine bottled beer range, with Taiphoon launched in 1999.

About the Beer...

Taiphoon is a bottle-conditioned, distinctive pale gold beer, brewed with Pioneer hops which is eminently drinkable!  The addition of lemon grass and coriander, with a unique blend of hops and our own experience of bottle conditioning, means the beer will also appeal to many premium lager drinkers. Excellent with spicy, oriental food as it cleanses and refreshes the palate.

PLEASE NOTE: As this beer ferments in the bottle sediment will exist.  As a guide store upright and pour extremely carefully.
